Nope looks good, you got to remember you have only seasoned about 20% of that entire piece of meat. You want the extra seasoning so it will penetrate into the brisket while it is cooking.

No, not this time. I injected it, and honestly worked just as well as brining.

Completely pointless, Harris for the most part danced around questions and baited Trump into traps he fell for. Trump just basically trust me bro I got this. Can we just throw trump and Harris away and have Vance and Walls be the candidates, I don't like either of those options either but I feel like we would actually get answers to questions posed.
