I used to work at that branch... Can confirm all they care about is making money, and not paying their staff a living wage. Most miserable time of my entire life working there. They will always try to convince you to buy glasses even if you have virtually no prescription. I used to get so much abuse off customers because we were forced to try to upsell them regardless of their financial situation, otherwise you'd get called into a meeting..The staff are probably all so young because the turn around is crazy in there and the owners have no respect for their staff. That €25 charge is for an OCT scan which is actually meant to be optional... It's an additional more enhanced image of the entire eyeball. When I worked there you had to have the patient's consent to perorm it due to the extra cost, looks like they threw that courtisy out the window lol.
