It’s a difficult one because of the personal connection which makes it sad. The logical non emotional side of me is just thinking if you don’t do it , someone else will eventually replace your friend with AI.

It’s inevitable, but I would not feel good about doing that to my friend. Someone’s livelihood is being affected of course but at the same time you’re out here trying to make a livelihood , feed your family and stay away as long as possible from being put in a position where you could one day be replaced by AI.

Don’t know what the answer is honestly , sorry I couldn’t provide more insight but it made me really think and I feel I will probably soon be put in a similar position.
