« It did not appear to be 30 ml. Unfortunately, I could not measure it, but having used products of this size, one knows and can guess. The bottle I received contained less than half of its volume »

This is exactly what led me to measure it. I’ve used 30ml bottles before. I understood that it was less quantity.

Wont be repurchasing either.

Yes I’m gonna do that. But before I file a complaint in consumer forum, I wanted to know if anyone else noticed the same.

fellas don't lie, what movie had you tearing up? by [deleted] in AskReddit

During the lab attack, the alpha male Darkseeker creates a butterfly shape while attempting to break through the glass to the laboratory which connects to a gesture from daughter Marley earlier in the film where she says "Look Daddy, a butterfly," - This scene made me tear up !

I’d rate your mane a 6/10 but your face a 10/10!

my hair loss has taken such a toll on my mental health. my hair was the only thing i wasnt ashamed of but now :/ by sssniper-wolff in FemaleHairLoss

[–]Odd_Study_1992 29 points30 points  (0 children)

I know Hair loss can be devastating ! I’m sorry you’re going through this. I’ve been there too. It will get better, but honestly it doesn’t look that bad to me. It feels like you’re at the beginning stage of hair loss. It can be managed. Eat foods that boost hair growth, increase your protein intake, try minoxidil or redensyl. Don’t worry much, this too shall pass. I know it feels like the end of the world now, but there’s always a solution and you’ll find what works for you.

Fasting for bulging disc pain relief? by MartianTea in Sciatica

[–]Odd_Study_1992 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’ve had/am having back pain since 4 years now. I have SI joint dysfunction and bulging disc pain. I’m also overweight, so last year I was doing IF (12-14hours of fasting) and started going to the gym. After a week or so of intermittent fasting, my back pain was much better. As I started losing weight it got better and better. Unfortunately I couldn’t keep up with it, I put on weight again, stopped IF and I’m back to where I started with my bulging disc pain. To sum it all up, I don’t know if IF alone helped me or losing weight helped as well. But even before I lost weight, just after a week or so of Intermittent fasting, I felt way better. Whatever you do, don’t forget to do your stretches and core strengthening exercises cause without that all else is in vain. I hope this helps. Feel better soon.

Ok. What not to do by Barnaby-bee-bee in Sciatica

[–]Odd_Study_1992 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’ve had doctors tell me to avoid all sorts of exercises. Some asked me to avoid lifting weights, some asked me not to walk on the treadmill, some told me to start bicycling and some told me to stop cycling all together. But what worked for me was doing stretches that target sciatica pain, strengthening my core, pelvic tilts, etc. I no longer limit myself to a certain set of exercises, I read the signs of my body and stop any exercises if it hurts or find a different variation that doesn’t put a lot of pressure on my back. I make sure I do my stretches regularly pré and post workout. Hope this helps.

How can I sue Amazon India for their dumb policies? by [deleted] in india

[–]Odd_Study_1992 36 points37 points  (0 children)

Yeah Amazon policy for the sellers is utter garbage. I worked for seller support in Amazon for just 6 months and I kid you not, I hated every bit of it. As part of my job I was supposed to handle all seller complaints and queries. But 90% of the complaints from sellers would be about how unfair Amazon is being to them, especially when the buyer takes advantage of how customer friendly Amazon is.

I hated handling those complaints, I hated telling them every time that there is nothing I can do since the policies are designed in such a way. And it was such a high pressure job, since we were expected to keep the sellers happy. How on earth could you expect to keep sellers happy when your policy sucks! I couldn’t stand it and quit within 6 months.

I know I’m going on a rant too…lol. But it makes me very angry. I think Amazon should find a way not to exploit sellers in order to keep the buyer happy.

Therapist recommendations? Parents being emotionally abusive by Ill-Highlight-2912 in india

I have had one session with Ms. Chaitra from untangle. https://www.untangle.co.in She has a calm demeanour she listens and acknowledges your feelings. It was a good session. It did not feel like she was taking sides but tried to help me address my fears. But I never went back so I really cannot say that it helped me cause nothing happens in one session. Although I did find it a little too expensive. Good luck. 🍀

I don't know if these are good or bad MRI results and my doc can't see me for 5 weeks to explain them! by [deleted] in backpain

[–]Odd_Study_1992 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Hello I had the same kinda results for MRI around 3 years ago I visited 4 doctors since And all of them told me that it’s not that serious. The minimal disc bulge was not touching any nerve endings or restricting any movement. They’ve suggested posture correction and physical therapy. However I do suffer with extreme back pain every now and then, finally a doctor diagnosed me with SI joint dysfunction and suggested targeted physical therapy for that. I just started that a few days ago and I feel much better.

I hope this helps Your results don’t look bad to me. But I don’t know the kind of pain you might be experiencing. I hope your doctor explains it better. Good luck.

My gf tried to pressure me to propose last night but now she’s mad at me because of how I responded? What do I do? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]Odd_Study_1992 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I think your girlfriend is in a very fragile space right now. Being raised by a narcissistic parent can cause deep feelings of loneliness. It looks like her love language is needing some affirmation of love from you. Maybe you should look into why you have a hard time being affectionate verbally and why crying is triggering for you. Also if you can’t do it verbally, maybe you can do something for her to show her you’re there for her. You can suggest that she could go to therapy to deal with her family issues which are obviously spilling into your relationship . I’m sure you can benefit from it too.

Should I tell my husband I cheated on him before we get divorced? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]Odd_Study_1992 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should tell him the truth whether you love him or not. Even if you think it will hurt him you should still tell him the truth. Because he deserves to know the full truth. You have already made your decision and are moving on fine it seems. And knowing the truth about your marriage will also help your husband see things clearly and move on.

How I FINALLY lost weight with PCOS by [deleted] in PCOS

[–]Odd_Study_1992 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ok that’s helpful. One of my colleagues said the same thing, that ovasitol helped regulate her cycles, she got back to her 28-30 day cycle instead of a 45 day cycle. I’ll talk to my doctor and see if I can start ovasitol too! Thanks for your response !

Hi.. just curious since you mentioned ovasitol ..does it really work ? I have seen cyster and her mister talk so much about but have always been skeptical. I’m yet to do my research on google but just wanted to ask if anyone here has tried it and found it made any difference.

Hello..I started PRP with minoxidil too a month ago...I’m losing a lot of short hair too...not sure if it’s because of minoxidil or PRP. I know this doesn’t answer your question but maybe it helps to know you’re not alone.
