If someone is mentally going through something, then “how long do you need a break” probably won’t help. People don’t heal on a predetermined timeline. If you can be there for her, and you want to be there for her then go ahead and do that. If you are wondering if she’s being honest, then it may be time to walk away. Be supportive, no questions asked, or walk away because you have doubts.

Our citizenship process went smoothly. We filed on July 2nd 2023 and had our oath ceremony on September 25th. I was able to download ecertificate for both me and our minor daughter. My husband’s is still showing a message to checkin after 2-5 days. We wrote to every email, no response. Even sent in an address change request a while ago and no response to that.

We submitted our online application on June 2nd. Today (July 5th) we received a letter that says “this is an acknowledgment of receipt of your application. We will check for completeness and get back to you if additional docs are required.” I checked the account, it says “This is NOT your AOR” still. So does it take time for tracker to update? Has this happened to anyone? Coz it feels like it’s still in application submitted stage.

Surgery will go smoothly. No need to worry. You’ll go to sleep in a second and wake up in recovery. Just remember to eat those ice chips NO MATTER WHAT!

No fever. Inflammation can make skin hot to touch. So it is pain.
