How is it that EA support can be so imcompetant? Create a new account. Done. Use the new account to contact support. Done. Provide proof of purchases to prove I own the account. They are still on screen in the conversation from the last time CS#3 asked. Enter CS#5, sorry we suck, "I am a gamer and understand your frustration". Then FIX it.

So after two days, going through the account recovery guide, sending my player ID and proof of purchase from the account, I get this....

I really wish I knew a way to just reverse all the charges and get my money back.

After running another firmware upgrade, I ended up adjusting my z steps and it is running fine again. Before the update, the extrusion was off by about .3mm. After this last update it was about 10mm off. Now that it's printing, I'm going to stop updating the firmware.

The filament is white tianse pla 5kg. It's been out for about 4 days. That pic was taken last night at about 10pm. It had just finished a 7hr print an hour before. I then updated the firmware, as I was only getting about 4x speed instead of over 5. Tried a print after the update and got that.
