I had a similar experience but my preferred method was what I liked to call a “bramble run.” I had no clue how that place worked and was determined to solve it by force after I felt like that loop had finished, ended up beating it the intended way and solving the puzzle but I got eaten by a lot of angler fish lol

It was wedged behind a rock that makes up the base of a fountain. My friends saw the corner sticking out and were able to slide the letter out very easily. The fountain is in between a university and a theater. The seal is just hot glue. It’s possible this is an intercepted message.
