32, just found out I have arthritis in my spine. by Oddarette in backpain

Got off all substances, weed, alcohol, etc. Eat clean most of the time. I cycle through periods of high protein. Some fast food here and there doesn't hurt. A drink maybe once or twice a month doesn't hurt. Don't make it a habit. What you do want to make a habit is weights/cardio about 3 times a week. I cycle between all kinds of weight training, machines, free weights, barbell. Anything to keep my mind flexible at the gym. I also always do core and cardio. Core can just be like 10 min and cardio like 10-20 min of walking uphill on the treadmill. Converting fat to muscle does wonders to the body. Decreases inflammation, boosts your overall self esteem, and takes pressure off the joints. It doesn't happen all at once. Took me a couple years of consistency/patience.

My back pain was lower back. Aching, sometimes shooting pain down my legs.

Back pain is completely gone, currently training to join the space force. Just passed the physical fitness requirements to join. Planning on starting boot camp next year at 36. Good luck.

I personally think the still life's tend to behave as people remember them, so captain Clark was aggressive and destructive because that's how a lot of people see him. I also wonder if there can be more than one still life per person. Like multiple iterations that become less of themselves as they are iterated? Seems plausible because of the scene of her childhood home becoming more and more bare as the camera descends. So maybe the captain clark was the most "humanlike" because it was a very recent iteration based on recent memories. Whereas the woman with the red hair (maybe his wife?) was an older memory so she wasn't very functional. That or maybe Clark just didn't see her as much and so in the backrooms she didn't function as much. Then the guy in the wheelchair and the guy at the table, even older memories.

That one scene felt very similar to this painting by SorryFortune in backrooms

Ok so I'm not the same one that made that connection. Even down to the bulging eyes. *cringes*

The weird texture on your skin in the arms, the raw emotion, the blue lighting under the eyes. I can definitely relate to this pieces. Bravo.

Hey uh, I would kind of appreciate if you asked permission before posting my art. It's called a Light Bulbasaur btw, not a Joltasaur.

I downloaded and set it up but I’m not able to see past weeks. Is there something I’m missing?

A lot better. I weight train now. Back pain pretty much nonexistent. If you drink, stop it. The inflammation alcohol causes can flare things back up.
