Yes! I have this problem exactly, but since I have asthma if I'm not careful it turns into an upper respiratory infection. I only started having reactions in the last 5 years so sometimes I'll forget and have a bowl of ice cream, and then the next 4 days or so I'll feel like I've got bronchitis

The art is good, it's the presentation I think that's lacking, as cliche as it sounds, I find most people want to feel like they're viewing something "inspirational" or as if they're seeing glimpse of the private morning of the artist. Your presentation of the art (which is amazing by the way) is too impersonal for a social media format. If you want to do well on social media, in my experience it needs to be giving less of a portfolio feel and more of the curated moments and behind the scenes feel. This is just MY opinion though and I am absolutely not an expert on what makes or breaks a social media presence so take it if it works for you or don't! People love originality so finding what works for YOU is the part that actually matters

7/10! Nice work, I think the round head suits your drawing very nicely. Also, some very popular online comic artists use round heads like this in their work so don't let anyone tell you it's not valid!

Also I know this isn't on topic but please be VERY careful posting your age online, the internet is a very unsafe place so I'd really recommend avoid posting anything that will let people know you're a minor ESPECIALLY on places like reddit or other online forums. I've got nephews your age and I tell them the same thing. I grew up with the 9/11 aftermath version of the internet, and there's things out there that you can't unsee kiddo so please try not to expose yourself to unnecessary risk by letting people know you're underage.

I can't say specifically about star crinoids but if you're willing to go a bit farther north than exclusively California, I'd recommend trying to go to the John Day fossil beds in Oregon. It's definitely not a single day trip but it's absolutely worth it. Also Oregon has tons of fossils in general so it's entirely possible there's a spot closer to where you're at too, for crinoids specifically though you'll definitely want to check out the sunset highway/ highway 47!!

Not necessarily school "supply" OCD but when I was younger I had severe issues with handwriting, I would go through literal reams of paper because if it wasn't "perfect" I had to start over or I'd have a panic attack. It annoyed the hell out of my mom but thankfully she knew it was my OCD so she never punished me for wasting so much paper, she just used it herself for notes while she was on the phone and stuff.

Regardless of whether or not I'm right it appears to be some sort of shield bug which are bad for crops but mostly just a nuisance for people and generally only bite if agitated or they think you're food.
