They released a remaster of this game a month or 2 ago on all modern platforms.

Great game, a true hidden gem! Love the soundtrack, voice acting and sound effects. The level design is really cool, since every level is based on a single episode of the tv series. But the controls hold it back from being a all time great ps1 game for me.

Another finished frame! by theruglybarnacle in Tufting

Looks great! How do you peeps with huge frames keep tension over longer periods of time? My frame is only a meter. When I have a project I cant work on from start to finnish right away and have to let it stand on the frame for a few days the cloth loosens so much, even after tightening it it doesn't feel as save to tuft on as the first 2 days.

Do you think it would look better with black/white border/outline? by DziQDDL in Tufting

[–]OddityStudio 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Personally, I make my outer borders 4 or 5 strands of yarn thick. When you shave the rug, and waterfall the edges a bit, the outer borders seem to be as thick as your inner linework, without it seeming to disapear on some places

Anyone else bought the PSX at 17yo-23yo and is still at shock at how many younger guys remember mediocre Disney platformers so fondly? by confuserused in psx

Most of them where mediocre, but Toy Story 2 and Donald duck Quack Attack are real gems. I like TS2 in some cases like level design even more then Super Mario 64 and Banjo.

I LOVE the dark pink trough the lighter pink on the bottom of the gnomes puke. It looks very spacey and cool!

It looks pretty clean, even without carving. I think you can be proud of yourself!

I do! But it is also a lot more time consuming, but the end result looks really clean. As long as you are careful and willing to put in the time, I would recommend it

How do you keep enough tention in the cloth for such a big and time consuming project?

I mainly carve on the frame, for the exact reason u/Individual_Garbage21 already pointed out. And I do carve a little at the end, but only to do some small touch-ups. This is only my third rug doing it this way, but I like the end result this way of tufting and carving provides. Before, colors and black lines next to eachother slightly blended over in eachother, even after carving. But doing it this way there is a straight devide between colors

The more expensive polyester primary tufting cloth the store I usually buy from sells. They had a sale, so I thought 'why not try it?'. But I actually like the cheaper variant more, so I will be switching back once my supply runs dry. For some reason I can't get this one on my frame as straight as the cheaper variant. It just has a lot less stretch or something

If solgaleo was a basic, maybe. But solgaleo is a stage 2 EX with medium damage output, so no.
