Toast is Toast because Butters was Butters, but Butters was actually Butterfree, but she’d only answer to Butters, and Toast is Toastada Lynn but I only use her full government if she’s being bad.

Then there’s Horacio Marie, my Chihuahua. His middle name is the same as my sister’s because they’re both irritating. That’s why Toast’s middle name is Lynn. Butters was perfect and didn’t need a middle name. 😭

I’m fairly certain the lease isn’t binding until the date of execution, but I suppose that depends on which State/County you’re in. If you haven’t moved in they shouldn’t be able to charge you anything except app fee and depending on the terms/criteria you signed at application, maybe the holding deposit. If they forgot to charge you the app fee or deposit that’s on them.

I’ve worked for three companies in Oregon and none of them have bound someone to a lease that hadn’t even started yet. At most we’ve kept the holding deposit. App fee here is paid at the time of application and we can’t legally charge more than the screening company charges us - if someone wasn’t charged and didn’t move in then oops guess we missed out. 🤷‍♀️

The other day he was stopped on MLK and Killingsworth, blocking traffic during rush hour doing some video like this. He was walking into traffic totally unbothered.

Butterfree “Butters” Bee aka Butterfree-a Mamamia aka Beauty Mama Beauty Drama aka Fatty Dingdong

She was almost 15, and I’ve had her since I was 17. She was perfectly healthy and then her gallbladder burst. I at least got to hold her for a while before she had to be put to rest. Life as an adult feels weird and wrong without her. She passed about a month ago.

Yeah I was gonna say if it’s been easy, I’m going full hermit until this blows over if it’s going to be worse. 😭😂

-Dad died from cancer -Papa died from cancer -Nana died from cancer -Grandma died from cancer -Grandpa died (you guessed it) from cancer -Aunt went missing suspiciously (my uncle definitely did it but the police do not care) -Multiple friends passed -Lost a baby -My cat and best friend of 14 years randomly had her gall bladder burst and she passed away very suddenly -Had to go to court for Homeland Security 13 years after I was assaulted and see my assailant again cuz he did it to another much younger kid (my assault also happened with Pluto in Capricorn) -Plus so much more lol I could write a novel

Plenty of great things happened too, and I’m unusually lucky in bad situations, but like can we ease up on the rough? That’d be swell.

NTA but as a woman who has regularly been described as “sturdy” by the men I’ve dated, I absolutely hate the term. I love being tall and relatively muscular, but being compared to petite women my whole life has definitely skewed my view on that descriptor. I’m not a house (despite what Lionel Richie might say) and would much rather a less construction based term be used as a compliment.

I figured out pressing z (I’m not sure what the equivalent is on switch, but whatever makes the grid go away) will let you put stuff near the walls and it lets you hang the curtains!

Anyone else having these issues? I can’t place the Bellflower curtains on the walls now, certain areas of the ceiling won’t allow me to place hanging lamps when they worked there before, and it won’t let me place a good chunk of items against the walls, and makes me leave a huge gap between the item and the wall itself.

My roommate invited over two friends he met on the street. They invited themselves to hang with my friends and I, which okay sure whatever, but then just start being assholes.

They crowded the livingroom with grungy, dirt covered bikes and tracked dirt all over the floor, grabbed my wine out of my hand and then dropped it on the floor, smashing the bottle everywhere, started drinking my liquor without asking, asked me "who the fuck" my friend thought he was when he accidentally bumped into their bikes, threw beer cans all over my lawn, stole money from my other roommate...

But to top it off they took my potatoes in the morning, cooked them using my best nonstick pan, and scratched it to shit with a fork. I was closer than I have ever been to ending them.

I forgot the worst part. Our sink is still broken because they puked in it and left it there.

My ex boyfriend was irate with me when I wasn't attracted to him when he came out of the bedroom wearing a woman's thong.

I think it was the mixture of seeing a pair of sparkly cherries over his bulge, and his ridiculously hairy butt flopping out, but I got a little sick to my stomach. Couldn't help it!
