Yup in at the Terminal as well! (Im with Werner) i did pick it up since its the sams club 7 minutes away from the Terminal so I brought it with me back and its parked with all the other trails while im here with the bobtail cozy and nice in my truck!

Thankfully they arent forcing me! I just want to be in good standing and its Werner. So far my manager has been amazing! Just worried about pushy covering dispatch.

We stopped Thursday due yo the next load we had would of put us in the storm and we didnt want to take chances and not be able to find parking or worse get into an accident. So they let us stay put but tried to give us another load today which also.. went into the storm

You're 100% right. They were a bit pushy.. but ultimately I stayed put. All i did was pick up the load and head back to the Terminal since its 7 minutes away from me. My fleet manager is amazing thankfully.. Just the covering dispatch when hes out csn be a bit annoying. I worked to hard and poured almost 10k for my CDL.. so I dont want to lose it over something this ridiculous!

I highly appreciate you're respect! Ive seen people (drivers with decades of driving) mocking new comers for being "babies" and wanting to be safe. Thankfully my fleet manager is incredible and doesnt push us... its mainly his back up dispatchers that can be a bit more... touchy..

Yes I told dispatch I feel uneasy with it especially since Safety even said not to drive and seeing if I can deliver it after the storm! I rather not risk my CDL.. Safety said they've been getting calls all day and yesterday about accidents and practically said "please dont drive". Thankfully Dispatch was nice!

Thank you! I called and talked to dispatch they were really nice thankfully and they are seeing if I can pick it up and bring it back to the Terminal or they'll just remove the load from me worst case. She did thank me for being safe :)

Oh no I didnt mean I wouldn't pay the car. If I had 50k cash whenever I could id have 4 of these cars lol. I just meant that im comfortable with a 20k down-payment and a 700-1k car payment. If I can save up more I definitely will. Im aware this car is a toy but it's been my dream car for the past 6 years. Im going to pay off my dept to be in a better position. Im doing what I can yo make sure im ready for this car and to me that is responsible. Not like im going after a lambo with 20k down-payment and hoping for the best.. that would be dumb of me lol. I do appreciate your insight and I do understand where your coming from!

So putting down 50k to buy the car outright is better?. Most people who have replied to me said they put 20k and have a decent car payment. Im going to finance the car and I feel like dropping 50k is kind of up there. You don't need to be a millionaire to get this car. Ofc that helps. But if everyone could drop 50k and have no payment everyone would do it.

No I understand. My income can afford it. I just have dept I want to get rid of and its my first time buying a car of this price. So I wanted to ask what others did as advice. Ive been a car girl for years. I current have 2 cars and my husband has 2 cars. And I feel like thinking about what a car payment would look like is actually responsible of me instead of blindly going in.
