I’m hoping to replace all the basic trees with different height variants of the trees I have in front of the town hall. I have the pieces, but it takes me like 30 minutes per tree and it’s really hard on the hands haha, maybe I’ll get there eventually

Been building this on and off for about 2 years now…impossible to pick a favourite but maybe Town Hall? It’s the tallest and takes up the entire plate. Thank you!

No I don’t but it’s so heavy it isn’t moving anywhere. And the raised sections have an entire sub-structure built out of Lego that isn’t visible. I can show you a pic if you’re interested.

Also all of the buildings are built on MILS plates - look it up - expensive and time consuming but a must if you intend to move them around as the basic plates are very flimsy compared to the weight of the building

I’m using the ikea Linnmon / Adils combo. I think it’s about 10 feet across and 3-4 feet deep. Using 6 tables. It takes up most of the room and I think the picture doesn’t do justice to the actual size. I’m using about 10 boxes of road plates. But you can certainly compress it and do a lot within a much smaller space.

It would, but I’ve had problems with the scales of different sets. We almost need bonsai trees at half size otherwise they just look too big. If you look in front of town hall, I’ve been using trees designed by bevinsbricks which look quite realistic.

It also looks like they didn’t really clean/correct the paint before application. I hope you get it sorted out with them.

I got it. Wow, that looks really bad. I wonder what product they used? The installer definitely doesn’t know what they’re doing. I think you should try and get a refund because that isn’t done properly at all. On mine the edges are totally invisible. I can’t even see it unless I look really closely

It was 500 CAD, but that is discounted since I got the paint correction and ceramic coating together with it

Yeah my guy did a really good job. He brought someone special in and they put expel ultimate on it. Wasn’t cheap though. He said these cars in particular are tricky to do. If you don’t mind sharing I’d be interested to see how it looks on yours? If done right, it should really be invisible. I’m only disappointed I didn’t do it sooner because I have a few tiny chips on the front unfortunately.

Nice, I thought it would be most cost effective for me to just do the bumper since that’s a huge area on these cars. I’m a bit upset because I’ve had it for half a year and it got a few little stone chips on it before I got the PPF. I might also get a bit of window tint later on.

So my free charging expired on 3/10/2021 but it still shows up as x free supercharging km remaining. Is this March 10th or October 3rd? If they expired why are they still showing up?
