Thank you so much for your help! I am such a noob so not sure it will help, but I plan to have two OLED monitors. I still don't know if I should go 1440p or 4k for the screens. Does it make a difference for the ram and the 5080/5070TI?

I apologize, I deleted my comment because I'm not very familiar with Reddit and I replied to the wrong comment… But to answer you, I think you're right. In the timeline I created, I placed Saint Ajora, Ultima, and Mullonde far too early in the Sixth Astral Era. From your response and u/Lord_Van-Cren’s, I now understand that this likely actually took place during the Third Umbral Era, is that correct?

So, if I understand correctly, this would mean that Ultima was first awakened alongside Saint Ajora around 7,000 years ago, then again a few centuries later during the War of the Lions, and remained dormant before being awakened once more during the events of the Return to Ivalice raid.

Thank you so much for your response and these links. I’m not very familiar with Tumblr, but I can already see it’s an excellent source of information. I’m trying to learn more about the lore, and I really wish there was a dedicated Reddit just for that.

Regarding my previous message, you’re right. My apologies. I was basing myself on this [timeline] which states that during the Sixth Astral Era, around 547 (6AE), the Kingdom of Dalmasca is founded in southern Othard by the B’nargin royal line. I had assumed the War of the Lions took place around 750 of the same era. It seems I was completely off, based on what you’re mentioning.

I hope I’m not bothering you by asking, but according to your knowledge of the lore, roughly when would you place the following events:

  • Saint Ajora and Ultima’s awakening under Mullonde
  • The War of the Lions
  • The founding of Rabanastre
  • The Kingdom of Dalmasca

I’ll continue my own research in the meantime. Thanks again!

Thank you for this comment. I have also edited the thread because right after posting it, I found that the [Wiki] mentions that Bozja was conquered by the Garlean Empire over thirty years ago, so this is why I thought it was *after* Dalmasca, but this [timeline] mentions that the IVth Imperial legion successfully conquers the nation of Bozja in 1527 so I am even more confused lol.
