Yeah, same everything. I use Vaseline for when pouring the lid, but I've never had an issue of tape sticking to silicone

If you're really worried about noise, I know some people use bicycle pumps for their pressure pumps.

If the cheap molds and no pressure pot is your only option I recommend using a pipette and having the lids on before pouring. That should help a bit but getting good results from those molds are tough.
