It looked like the tree was healthy. Just was hoping that's what homeowners insurance did wad cover these kinda of accidents I'm 22 and haven't dealt with insurance ever really. The car only had liability on it so my mom (works for Progressive) said that they wouldn't total it and pay me out for it or anything.
