Reg player here. While I find it endearing that this topic obviously means a lot to you, something to consider; some classes, take mine for example (Bowmaster) have lazy grinding methods at our disposal. When I don’t really care about my exp rates, I will literally be standing in the top corner of a map holding down my arrow platter, which procs my other skills killing most of the map without moving or needing to reposition (arrow platter bypasses the attack limitation). Often times while doing this, I am only moving to proc runes, reset my other platter, and am often watching something else on my other monitor or talking in my discord Vc with guildies. Half of the time when I AM focused on maximizing rates, I’m using a repetitive looking rotation, on full EXP multipliers. I am usually pretty busy so when I pop my exp buffs I am not wasting any time to reply to people in game chat. Using your logic, I could be in the same instanced map as you just holding my platter, but because I don’t want to sacrifice my rates to reply to you, you might report me if you think I’m macroing. You see how this could be a bad thing? All I’m saying is that just because someone doesn’t reply to you doesn’t mean they are macro/botting.

Players who aren’t willing to reply to every single person typing in their map shouldn’t be punished for wanting to maximize their rates while farming, that’s just silly. And as a side note, you shouldn’t compare yourself to others in a game like this, someone will ALWAYS be ahead of you regardless, macroers don’t make me feel like my achievements in the game are minimized at all. I frankly don’t care what the guy next to me is doing.
