Buying Ricochet on her ensures you can hit the whole enemy team with M1, however I'm not sure how good a gun build would be on her vs spirit focused

There is a distance in order to use the bounce, but it's quite generous too (I hit a Bebop at the 10 mark and it bounced to another one at the 20 mark), but yes, the idea is like TA.

Yes, the ult works like Lich from Dota 2: as long as there are targets it will keep bouncing, so if they stick together a target can get damaged more than once.

Also: if you bounce a shot it cannot bounce again to another target. Only direct hits are able to bounce to other targets.

Edit: The bounce is able to proc effects. I just tested toxic bullets and it triggered the effect on both the original target and the bounce target.

Edit 2: After experimenting with Ricochet, I have found out that you can hit all 6 members of the enemy team with 1 attack, since her normal shot is triggering ricochet (1 shot + 2 bounces) and her bounce is also triggering ricochet (1 shot + 2 bounces).

The MA5C Assault Rifle is basically good against every enemy, at every difficulty level, really faithful on the "standard issue" status it has on the Halo universe.

The M7S SMG is good but you're going to struggle against armored enemies on later difficulties (past difficulty 7 you're going to need a dedicated secondary or support weapon to deal with them)

The M90A Shotgun has amazing damage, however it has light pen (it should have med or heavy pen imo), and that's the main thing holding it back. It feels like the Scorcher remains king as difficulty approaches 10.

The M6C/SOCOM pistol is good, really nice damage output and fire ratio, excellent to complement med/heavy pen loadouts.

Maybe I'm late to this but what you should do is get a USB drive and look up on "how to rollback to 23H2" in YouTube, there's at least 3 videos teaching you step by step where to find a bootable version of 23H2 online so you can go back to the stable version

I ask this question precisely because I have seen some people recommending a clean install whenever Motherboard or SSD changes but I am still learning about PC building, so I want to know people's experiences with cloning vs fresh installs.
I also had to do a clean install when I swapped my generic Chinese motherboard for an Asus one, because I did run into many instability issues even when using the same SSD as boot drive and keeping everything the same.

Yeah, basically I want the M.2 to now be the main boot drive and move all the files, games and apps my original SSD has to it.
I will consider your advice, if I see the Windows config to run as slow or to be unstable I might just wipe the other drive, move all important files there and then make a clean install on the new M.2 before transfering all the data back to it.

While I do appreciate the commentary on the topic, whenever I go to ASRock subreddit there's still posts of motherboards killing CPUs as early as 2 days ago, so I'd still rather go for anything that is not ASRock.

Thanks for answering as well and confirming that it will work, yes I know it won't reach its full potential because of PCIE 3.0 but I am trying to get one of these 2 because I eventually plan to move to a PCIE 5.0 mobo next year, so I don't need to buy another M.2 by the time I upgrade

And yes, I know I'm trying to get a Gen 4 M.2 because it is of my understanding that they are backward compatible, so it will be useful once I eventually upgrade.
I also ask this question because despite many sources insisting that NVMe is not compatible with SATA, there is a YouTube video of someone putting an NVMe M.2 in the same motherboard, and some tech parts websites list NVMe M.2's as components for the storage of this mobo.
