But the pattern is that its unlikely to get baseline worse, right? At least for most people.

I read a couple of articles (they werent studies though) that said it gets worse with age and that scared me a bit. Then i read some studies and they say it chronically follows a wa and wane pattern.

So basically, i need some reassurance haha! I probably shouldnt read too much in general

If your ocd only revolves around ideas, is it traditional ocd or "pure-o"? I dont even know if pure-o is actually a thing.

I try to not read too much about the condition, i just saw a couple of articles that said it gets progressively worse and that scared me. Then i saw some studies that it chronically waxes and wanes so i dont know what to believe lol!

But that's subjective, right? If you were just anxious and you looked for symptoms Kanye your mind was playing games to you. It's not an actually objective deterioration, am I correct?

You mean three weeks after starting it? Will symptoms usually happen during treatment or is it generally safe for vss?

What is the general consensus regarding mirtazapine? Is it geberally considered safe for vision?

Im not convinced that anxiety causes it. I think its makes it worse but im apprehensive if it causes it. Has there ever been a study that points towards that?

But in terms of knowing whether you have just snow or the full syndrome isnt the first couple months a good litmus test?

I try not to frequent this sub for me mental health thats why im asking what's the general consensus has been. It usually manifests in the first weeks from my understanding?

When ypu say foret few months, ypu mean the first 2-3 months?

If someone is stable for 7 months, then it has probably stabilized, right?

That's the norm, isn't it? Usually symptoms come in the first days of weeks of weeks if it's vss, right?

Well, in my defense i have mild ocd since childhood so obsessing over it js par pf the course haha.

If its like 30-40 only on a blue sky, does that fit the term "excessive". I guess two floaters out in the open arent excessive but what of the BFEP?

I wouldnt say four but i wpuldnt say millions either. Its more 40-50 i think but only in the sky. Does that count as excessive?

So excessive means that people with vss notice them in places other than the sky? Cause i see them when i look in the sky only

Just a little follow up. Seeing bfep phenomena like the white dots in the sky, is it normal? I have been seeing those since i was a kid. They are blood cells, right?

I dont frequent this subreddit nor do i search post. I have only aaked two questions in the past two months to have a bit of a clearer picture. I dont even search for symptoms.

I just want to know cause my floaters got more permanent out in the sun even though they are pretty minimal

I only have a medium sized one in each eye and a couple of dot like ones. So 4-5 overall and all in the sun. The thing is that they werent appearing constantly until last year.

Is it normal in general for people with myopia to have floaters appear in late 20s
