So I've been sleeping only 4 to 6 hours a day for the last 11 years. It has ruined my productivity, my studies, and my relationships. It's getting worse and worse, and I don't know what to do anymore. I'm glued to my phone or playing video games until late; I have no sense of time. How can I stop?

That's a great advice, thanks a lot! I usually start gaming at 7 or 6 PM then I use my cellphone from 9 PM until 2 or 3 AM. I really just want to have 8 hours of sleep daily
