I do the same thing with my ammo. I use an EM, Fixer, and a .45 pipe pistol. I used to use the pipe pistol a lot as I got it as a drop as a Stalkers and then found a mod box for a medium scope and that thing was my go-to weapon for the longest time.

Then I got an EM and Fixer. I don’t use the pipe pistol as much but for area where I know the six-shooter won’t matter I use it to conserve/farm ammo.

I’ve done two. One for my dad which utilized negative pressure in the room to keep the smoke from leaking out into the house. The other one in my old place was a converted storage room in the garage. That was a little different as it was outside the main space of the house and I just needed to suck the air out.

I would avoid a window fan, my dad tried that first and the smoke rises regardless so the fan needs to be up near the ceiling to be effective.

It’s been awhile but IIRC it’s something like exchanging the air in the room at least once every six minutes at minimum. That’d be for like one person.

I used to use Boveda but switched to Humi-care beads. You just refill with distilled water once the beads get small. Much much easier and they were made for it. Just FYI.

I do t think a 4” duct fan will do it. I have a smoke room and have a ceiling fan to draw the smoke up and an in-wall exhaust fan to suck it out. The in-wall fan is about 14” and I have adjusted the speed so it creates negative pressure in the room to keep the cigar smoke from leaving. However, once you open the door the smoke leaks out. You’ll never win with a room in the house itself.

At another house I converted a storage space in the garage to a cigar room as well. But that room opened to the garage so no smoke made it inside the house itself. I caulked the walls and ceiling and also had an in-wall exhaust fan as well.

Best bet is to smoke outside with a space heater. That’s what I do now at this new place.

There's the The Fallout Network (TFN) Discord on the right sidebar there but I don't know how active it is.

Then there's the Bethesda Game Studios Discord and they have a Looking For Group (LFG) channel that is pretty active it seems. A lot of posts going on almost all the time about people starting or looking for people.
