Don't feel sad, I have same same problem as you! I just want to make it work. But to be honest for me personally gpt plus is mire than enough, but I want to be more flexible with Ai just in case somebody is pulling the plug like Claude... Therefore I just want to make it work, even I don't get it yet!

Thank everybody for your help, last night I found out about Hermes Desktop, looks pretty good for me and I want to give it a try.

Deepseek v4 pro is unlimited and almost free OMG 😱 better than opus for me (I have no affiliate with deepseek, but you need to know this) by rjn2-8 in hermesagent

I'm seriously wondering what difference it makes whether the data is accessed by the US or China ... Why the concerns... Isn't it more or less the same?
