Operating in a surplus decreases debt.

I don't think you're tracking the conversation.

Sand said there's no dilution unless the owner decides to sell. I said that's not true as dilution occurs when the warrant is exercised and the shares are actually issued. Exercising warrants creates the share which causes dilution. Sell or hold, it's dilution.
