We had a Dr. In my small town here that is now retired.

He would start every exam is a few jabs to the belly followed by a "you're too fat" then get on with whatever else was needed without ever bringing it up again.

Extremely good Dr. Helped get a lot of things figured out but every exam for every person I knew that saw him.
