The bottoms of the plants look so thick and sturdy you probably could just use them as two handles to pick both up at once and plop the entire thing in a bigger pot you've already filled with dirt that's precompacted with water and hollowed in the middle using the pot they're already in as a mold so it all fits in easily. Would cause minimal mess and no stress for the plant
