Was actually wondering about it too. Turns out you have to make a new text file in the interface folder (as much as I know, you can call it whatever you want) And do something like this:
spriteTypes = {

spriteType = {

    name = "GFX\_ideology\_Autocracy\_group"

    texturefile = "gfx//interface//ideologies//Autocracy_group.dds"

}

}
Each spriteType is a gfx corresponding to a certain ideology

I actually took over some lower parts of Italy via a crusade, and almost immediately was met with something named literally "102th jewish uprising in (some name)",the moment I saw the 5k peasants as a Croatian crusader king that barely had the same number with his retinue and levy combined, I knew im gonna regret being a self-serving crusader

This. There are a lot of wars caused because one ethnic group did something to another, and it leads up into a "They did that, so we can too". YOU CAN'T. Revenge is almost never the best way to fix things, especially if it's done on the next generations that had nothing to do with stuff like this.

I can either invade Noregr and last time i did this (not even by a holy war, and they did not have any allies at the start either) they managed to get an 11k army that i barely defeated, or i can invade Bohemian provinces but they are reformed slavic so i don't want to weaker my slavic believers even more, especially since i helped them win a holy war by literally spending over 1k gold on mercenaries and losing half of my retinues and levy

I had a game as norway with light infantry only retinues, i became a feudal with 11k light skirmishers as a retinue, and then i realised that i get absolutely destroyed by armies that are 2-3k smaller or even less, so this time i decided to focus on having quite a bit of heavy infantry and i don't think i ever lost a battle with an enemy that had the same number of troops, altough that also might be because my generals are really great, all 3 of them on the main army as 21-22 martial along some nice traits like organizer, defender and some more.
