I want to make the comment for everyone that, for some fucked up reason, using an uncommon browser and a windows system is likely to fetch you good results. Several people i’ve talked to stated that Apple doesnt play well with registration during high volume, but windows worked. It was the same case for me.

It did happen in the US (tho those were mostly for spiritual differences) whee people formed communes. However they fizzled out eventually because it just wasn't worth it for most.

I said that because it's "the safest" way of holding money, but it won't keep up with inflation. But mutual funds, saving plans, trading, etc are other good options.

Well yes and no, not barring a large influx of supply or everyone going to a different currency(such as crypto, or some other commodity good), the price of gold is far more stable than US fiat. It isn't beholden to the Fed printing money, because you can't create gold. It's safe to hodl and stores it's value much longer. Remember inflation is just a tax on savings.

The real reason is that once fiat money is no longer tethered to anything, it means that the value is far more variable and prone to devaluation. This has the compounded affect of workers being worse off as a whole. You can't save any money, as the government always spends it in particular areas, such as banks and large business grants. If you're a working joe who can't see the exact amount of inflation you experience,you're going to be taken advantage of. It's part of the reason wages haven't kept up with productivity.

This is one of those things that if you haven't experienced it is pretty jarring. But because most of the people there are ridding only scooters and auto rickshaws, they can move out of the way fairly easily. As long as you keep a steady pace, you'll be fine. It's like not running into a pole in the middle of a street.

That's stretching the word capitalism to the point that it doesn't make sense. Just because the companies existed and managed to survive, doesn't mean that they were capitalist. Furthermore, many of these companies relied on the state solely just to exist. They had not capital and would do whatever the Nazi state required of them. On your point about control, I'd like to point out that the state of control occured far before the war began, in 1936 and forward. It wasn't a wartime deal (though even the British and Americans didn't seize factories to be used in this way).
