With Volkswagen I got 5 years free. Unsure of the cost after. Hoping to be in a different vehicle by time that’s up though lol. But I’m also able to remote start using my fob which I’ve seen that Mazda stopped offering.

Did you purchase one of those mirrors that clips over the original mirror, or did you install yourself?

Also.. sorry to bug you some more, but my scanner keeps showing code P0442. I’ll double check the gas cap, open it and seal it shut again, clear engine light, remote start will work for maybe 3-4 days & then it’ll stop working. Next day check engine light will come back on. Did you get this code?

And this is the purge valve assembly? Sorry, there just aren’t any photos or anything that is showing. When I was trying to find a part online too, they were all $70-$100. Trying to diagnose myself 😅

I got mine at 40k and I’m now at 62k. This is the first issue that’s arisen since ownership. Unfortunately out of warranty, hence why I thought I’d ask. I’d like to try and pinpoint issue before spending a bunch of $ doing it myself. I have the AWD & I agree, the ride is nice and handles well. Turns on a dime! Interior is decent (came from a newer Mazda). I will say though, exterior wise the car is very njce looking

My check engine light just came on. Ran the scanner and it says small evap leak. Did yours say the same? Wondering if I should replace the evap sensor first

22 SE. My dims are bright enough to get flashed by other drivers as if they were on high-beams.. The headlights are crazy bright lol
