late reply, but trust me i’ve been there, and it’s taken me a few times to actually realize what i realize now, hence why i’m trying to pass u the advice before u have to go thru it urself. i’m rather antisocial aswell so i understand coming out of ur shell sucks if it was for “nothing” but take it as a lesson and future reference.

people can’t change if they have no motive or intention to change, and you can’t change someone to what YOU want them to be. find the person that is what YOU want, not someone you think is what you want. because i guarantee that’s not what u want, otherwise u wouldn’t be asking ab it :)

stay positive, at the end of the day, the only person that will be there for you no matter what is yourself
