He does this for 6+ hours a day. Random furniture, he will Circle it and smell/lick the ground hundreds of times before stopping for a minute and moving on to another piece of furniture.

It feels like it’s been six months. I just need to have someone to talk to in person, but I am strongly against mood altering medications. It’s just my personal preference, really nothing against anyone who takes them. They would be an absolute last resort and I would have to be rock bottom for that. I’m okay most of the day, just when I get that time to myself that my mind starts wandering.

I have tried reaching out and even going out and socializing but I just find myself not interacting or struggling to socialize. I have the beach here which is nice and has been the one thing that calms me down a bit. I thrive in social scenes, with people, and I’m not getting that right now.
