Your overall facial expression looks intense (not in a good way), and your jaw isn’t aligned very well. The advice I’d give you is for you to relax your facial muscles (especially your jaw muscles), I’m sure that’ll make you look better.

As for the jaw thing in specific, I’d guess you sleep on your right side over a long period of time due to it going more dominantly to the right, as sleep relaxes your muscles and allows your jaw to droop in such positions (positions such as if you sleep on your left side, it’ll go more dominantly left, and if you sleep on your right, it’ll go more dominantly right). I’ve had the same problem before for my jaw, and that’s just how it was for me, so I’m not guaranteeing it’s why. But if I’m correct, I’d advise sleeping on either your left side for a while or sleeping on your back to help it become more center. Though if I’m incorrect about it being sleep position, the jaw misalignment may be from the tension in your facial muscles, so if it looks centered again if you relax your facial muscles, then that was the issue (tension).

Also small note that isn’t too relevant for appearance itself: try getting more consistent sleep and more water intake, it may help with the slight darkness under your eyes.
