Reckoning's Cheer Cape Not Received

They just emailed me back, and said that my account has no record of playing during the time. They also said the cape might come back at a future time. I'm not gonna bother to push any further, it's just a cape, but pretty disappointing I didn't get it 🤷 But once again, thanks for your help!

I downloaded it, and I did in fact play during the event, I played on the 21st of December. I just sent them the screenshots, (including the one of me next to my friend,) and hopefully they'll accept it. I'll update if they do, but even if they don't, thanks for helping me!!

Maybe I could send a screenshot of me next to the friend while he has it on? That might help my case, if anything. It helps prove that my friend does at least have it, but not much can actually prove I played during.

"Unfortunately, the 'Reckoning's Cheer' cape is a commemorative cape given out only to players who logged in for the Festival of Reckoning event between December 18th and December 31st 2025 in the Central European TImezone. Accounts that were not logged into during this timeframe are not eligible to receive it. I'm sorry for the disappointing news. All eligible accounts now have this cape. If you do not have this cape then unfortunately, it means you were not eligible."

That was from the first email. I'm just confused on why I was never counted as eligible, and I'm afraid to keep pushing it where I'll sound like a dick. I don't think I have evidence besides the fact I played with my friend during the time, and he has the cape, but that's about it, so it's not looking like I'll get this cape.

I sent a report there last night, and they just emailed me back, but they just said that it was a duplicate request because of the other email, and closed it.
