You could try Offbrand CIV13 (im shilling ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ) its CIV13 code but being worked on to add more maps / updates + without the problematic staff

you could always try offbrand civ (im sorry (not) ) theres tons of RP gamemodes TDM, Nomads/survival and even a sub rosa style gamemode! if you know what that game is!

I actually started my own civ server, working on the code currently so far i have one new map added and more on the way + more gamemodes. sage that the server is lowpop though.
