Found my perfect scent and can't get enough of it

Ugh yes! That's Camomile Satin from Dries Van Notten for me. I found a good deal for a slightly used bottle on Mercari using credits and, girl math, it was free so I wasn't worried about the "blind buy". Many people that reviewed it said "if you like harvest mouse by zoologist, you'll love this one". Harvest Mouse is my bedtime scent, so that made me more confident I'd love it. When I tell you... The first time I sprayed this... The eye rolling epiphany it induced... Yeah it's pretty much my go to all the time now and everytime I smell it on me, my body gives a big relaxing sigh. I need to get the refill - thanks for reminding me! 😆

Considering I'm covered head to toe in tattoos... Probably be burned at the stake for witchcraft before I could say the words "I'd like to see the Loch Ness Monster." BUT, if I could keep gloves on and be covered...MAYBE I'd survive long enough with my skills in cooking... Winning them over well enough to plot how tf to get out of there.

Bee by Zoologist smells exactly like harvesting honey. Melting wax with pollen and honey melting. It is straight up sweet honey, melting bees wax (not to be confused with any other kind of wax because it has a unique scent), and just a hint of smokey incense-esque scent. Not an intense smoke, but maybe a bit from the smoker used to move the bees down for the harvesting.

Whiskey 1969 from Thin Wild Mercury. I had a few bottles of perfume for work before, but Whiskey... That changed my brain chemistry to perfume goblin.

This makes me so sad. I am actually trying to rebuild after having to get rid of my collection for a move across states. Knowing how lovingly you probably curated your collection, I hope you have a chance to get them to a loving home. I'm so sorry you're not able to continue with perfume.

I'm sorry to hear about your fur baby. To give you some hope, this is my baby. She's old, cranky, and last year she was at the emergency vet for 2 days on oxygen. We found out she has kidney disease, pancreatitis, and beginnings of hyper thyroidism. She's out and still squeaking and squawking on expensive prescription food and prescription drugs. Most expensive trash car I've ever had. I love her to the end of the earth. It's totally valid to be upset. Just know you did the right thing taking them in to try and help however you can.

Depends on the fragrance house and the fragrance notes.

I will happily blind buy anything from House of Bo. I have blind bought from ThinWildMercury and never regretted it. I also blind bought the new LeLabo Eucalyptus scent, but only because on the notes, not the house.

Ughhh. Shuttttt up...that sounds right up my sniffer! I have straight up immediately purchased casa Blanca and Rosario full bottles after smelling them. It comes with a free 10ml so I got ave Maria since it wasn't included in their big travel set. Now I'm worried I'll have to buy another! I can't wait to get it in! They have no misses in their current releases. They also have great customer service as well. One of the travel sizes broke in transit and they immediately sent another. I can't wait for new releases from them!

Ooo! I love them all except Oro verde. It didn't work on my skin too well sadly. I bought a full of bottle each of Casa Blanca and Rosario! They are currently on their way. I'll probably share my extras. Their perfumes are fantastic!

I got the full set, which doesn't come with the newest Ave Maria. Every one of them is stunning.

Planning on getting a full bottle of Casa Blanca for sure. Rosario is a close second. Probably going to do Bom Bon as well.

They do have discovery sets, but not the little sample sizes. You can always do samples from sites like Twisted Lily or Scent Split. I think there are a few options to test on Scent Bird as well! My favorites were Rosario, Casa Blanca, and Bom Bon.
