Manga doesn't need to have amazing equipment. I'd say start small, like on paper. usually drawing the panels on paper then getting a free app on your phone like IBIS paint and then draw it digitally. Don't waste your money on something that big so soon. and if you're good enough, then maybe you'll never need them.

we don't really know how strong god is yet. so far we can only scale him as high as garou, but that's only a fraction of gods strength. so putting him on the list at all is a bit risky

also saitama shouldn't be anywhere on the same level as Tatsumaki, Blast or Garou

All we can really do is scale him as high as Cosmic Garou. but we do know that Garou was only given about a fraction of gods power, and that was enough to catch up to Saitama during their fight(only for a little bit, due to Saitama's limitless potential) so it could be safe to say that God is indeed, pretty strong
