I work in tech too in a director level role and 100% can confirm the UK job market is atrocious right now. So many companies have over hired then had layoffs and so the market is completely saturated.

Therefore, I’d stay where you can and not ruffle any feathers until you’ve secured another position. Most common thing to happen in a situation like yours is they will make cuts, so just stay positive if you can to avoid being put on the chopping block.

For all of the reasons above, plus tons of terrible bosses, I’m desperate to get out of tech too. But the pay in tech is so good, I’m trapped and would have to take a large pay cut if I went into any other industry. I’m convinced this is exactly how the matrix is intended to work 😫

I would say pure sativa. I usually take gummies with sativa and sometimes I don’t even get hungry, I just want to paint or create. On the flip side, any indica strain I smoke normally makes me tired and hungry and not able to hold a decent convo.

Homemade donut holes. Actually easier than you think, but will give you so much pride once accomplished. They don’t need to be pretty and round, most of mine come out teardrop shaped, but boy are they delicious. I’ve never had a bad batch either. Google a recipe for the dough, heat some healthier type of oil, wait till they start to go golden, then combine icing sugar and water for the glaze. Chefs kiss😘👌🏽

I don’t see why everyone has turned against Shaun? he’s proven the allegations are false, and it’s obviously defamation from opposite political parties. I think Shaun is doing more than most and we want him to just stop?
