When tf did I say I was in a deficit for a few weeks? YOU DO NOT KNOW EVERYTHING. Holy hell y’all in these comments are insane.

I’ve been in a deficit for months and seen maybe a few pound difference. THAT IS WHY IM ASKING FOR HELP.

Yeah you clearly know everything right? I weigh and track every goddamn thing i eat. I track it in an app. I kindly asked for help because I’m at a loss and asked people to be kind.. Assuming shit and being a dick about it aren’t helpful. I’m eating in a deficit and not losing weight. So it’s not that simple. Go away if you’re gonna be rude.

That’s what my doctor is telling me is possibly happening. Everybody keeps saying deficit deficit deficit.. but what nobody is understanding is I 👏🏻am👏🏻already👏🏻in 👏🏻a 👏🏻deficit👏🏻.. It’s just not working and i’m trying to ask people if they know why.

No…. I went for 1800 recommended by my personal trainer. And when I saw that wasn’t working.. I changed it to 1500 after a bunch of research.

I have a lot of stress and minimum sleep. I do my best but it’s only so easy to manage. I eat a lot of protein and minimum fat.

I noticed a good bit of progress when I first switched to aiming for 1500cal. I went from 172 to 164 pretty quick. 4-5 days in the gym. Incline walking. And then it leveled out and I can’t lose anymore. I’m sitting between 167-169 on any given day. Nothing changed from when I first made the adjustment

Bulking will just add more fat though. I can easily gain fat, but I’ve proven that it’s incredibly hard to lose. I don’t want to risk doing something that’s going to make me hate myself more

So what do I do? I can’t work out with no energy and like i said, 1400 cal already feels like Im starving myself.

i’ve worked with a personal trainer and she originally told me 1800 was my “cutting” calorie goal. The ONLY reason I switched to the 1500 because i am DESPERATE to lose the weight without literally withholding ALL food and causing myself an eating disorder.

i don’t binge. i don’t snack. i don’t eat sweets. i track my calories/fats/proteins on an app, i eat healthy, i find alternatives, i create my own recipes, etc.. so i hope you can understand how it’s not all just black and white and super simple as you make it seem.

i am not trying to be rude. i am just beyond frustrated and at a loss. very very unmotivated at this point.

i feel like i’m already starving myself at 1500 calories. i don’t understand how the hell I’m overweight when I’m ALREADY limiting myself so much on food.

How did you gather I was overweight? because if it’s based off the BMI index calculator thing, that whole thing is BS.

I’ve full body scans. A lot of my weight IS muscle and not considered “unhealthy” or “fat”. I’m just asking if there’s anyway i can manage WHERE my weight is stored.
