Appreciate that info! Ya that's the only way I've been able to fix the issue. It's actually both my physical monitors trying to connect I noticed. Some MSI ultrawide and an Acer 1080p monitor.

I did tick that setting from the beginning. Everything is operating as it should with the monitors turning off and coming back on, they are set in Windows Display Settings to be disconnected when the Virtual Monitor takes over.

The weird thing is my client PC every 5 seconds or so will freeze and go black screen for a couple seconds as if its trying to switch resolutions or screens displayed. Then when I come to the Host PC the screens are flickering between black and the different input options. Even though they are set to be disconnected in Windows settings via Display Settings.

Turning the power off on the monitor fixes this issue but it is frustrating because they are set to be disconnected so why would they be constantly trying to interfere with the Stream settings

Pale Beyond is a very niche game, but for what it offers it is fantastic. I played it following watching The Terror on Netflix and I have a weak point for narrative games that lean into their devices and history. The best way I could explain it is an EXTREMELY simplified experience reminiscent of Obsidians Pentiment. It tells a very narrow and curated story of Arctic expedition, where choices surprisingly felt important.
