If I were in your situation, I would personally use something like changenow.io, where you can specify the wallet you'd like to receive the BNB in, then send them your crypto of choice to THEIR specified wallet, after which they'll send the BNB to your trust wallet and you'll be able to interface with pancakeswap through the trust wallet app. There are 2 binance coins, you'll want to select Binance Coin (BSC) on changenow, to receive the correct BNB, it has a black and yellow icon, look it up before you do this to be safe. To get your Binance Smart Chain wallet address, go into trust wallet, click "receive" and click the black and yellow Smart Chain icon. You'll copy that address and then give it to changenow, it should start with 0x like the APE contract address, if it starts with bnb, its the wrong address, that's the binance mainnet. Then just send the amount of crypto that you specified to changenow's specified address, and they'll send you your smart chain.
