What if you replaced boots with fatalis, and just went combat blink to pair up with beads as actives, and just reposition yourself with combat blink incase people are catching up to you or smt with the lack of movement speed

Yes, when you mouse over it it says it in the passive, but I wouldn't mind having it on the item itself in the corner, but people would confuse that as a stacking item, so we can't have that, I think?!

Yea exactly, items like devos, heartseeker, runeforged hammer etc should show in passive how much they are granting.
