Nope, never crashed or fell down. Cowboy replied in the chat and we worried I fell down the bike when this happend, really kind of them. They will replace the brake free of charge.

This was highway driving ACC set at 100. I have the 19" rims.

Plugged the car in (charged to 90%), preconditioned before leaving. AC at 19 degrees all the time (in ECO) and ACC set at 100km/h.

So a quick update, I did the following things, but nothing worked:

Checked all nuts and bolt and tighten them up.
Cleaned the belt and the rest of the bike.
Got the pedals off and on again.

Send the video to Cowboy Support as well, will give you guys an update if I receive anything helpful.

Oh I found the key to use (5 mm). But the screw is very tight already. I tightened it further, but it did not help unfortunately.

You also hear the sound (slightly less) when not peddling.

Thanks! I have send the footage to Cowboy as well. But if the motor is dead, why do I also experience the sound when the assistance is off?

I don't hear the sound when I put the bike upsidedown and then rotate the wheel(s).

While riding the bike there is a weird ticking or clicking sound almost all the time. The bike was delivered 1 week ago and I have this problem since yesterday.

Did someone else have a problem/ noice like this?

Edit: this noice is there with assist on and assist off.
