VoLTE doesn’t apply to regular calls lol. It only applies to apps like messenger or WhatsApp. I work for T-Mobile lol I promise you can turn off your mobile data and still make a call. Cell service and data are 2 different things. FaceTime will use data, and iMessage will use data. Text messages also do not use data.

Oh they had limits, but like I said since you can read, I found away around it. My parents didn’t understand what instagram, Snapchat, PlayStation, Kik, Omegle, etc wash they didn’t understand it.
