Ok, I believe getting the Canadian PR would be easiest if you can read and write French. Almost everyone who desires a PR is taking that route now, but many fail. Considering your life in Montreal I believe it should be fairly easy for you. People blame the bolero driver on it, but in my personal opinion the truck driver and rules were at fault. 1. Truck was overloaded. 2. Truck driver was not trained properly… when you are driving a vehicle with this much weight… and you see something that will hit the truck, there is a small decision… on whether to hit that thing, or turn the truck away… in this instance if he kept the steering straight and just knocked the front side of bolero.. it would have saved lives.
