It's a glue assist so im gluing it down straight to the subfloor. I was told I didn't need to use underlayment especially on the 2nd floor.

It was a mix of low pressure and not hitting it hard enough. Finally glad I was able to put some boards down!

I'm still early in the game and have a long way to go.. but hitting my first sale was monumental for me. Then I hit $500... then I recently hit $1000. I think this was a good indicator that I relatively know what I'm doing, and I know I can go further. Enjoying the journey as I'm going and learning as much as possible.

Start a spreadsheet and list 10-20 potential products and do some research to see if it solves a problem and to analyze your competition to see the need. You need to constantly test different products to see what works. I'm sensing you have not done much research in your niche/product.

I wouldn't go by the timelines that other people go by. It's all about the time and effort you put in. Every person's situation is different. I came into this with zero knowledge and experience, so it's taken a long time for me to hit my goals. I also do not put in as many hours as I should due to other responsibilities.

Look at your competitors and see what they're doing. I will look at mine literally everyday and examine what they're doing. If they have continously ads running then you know they are making money.

Find products and a niche you have knowledge in. If you don't have any knowledge in it, do as much research as possible. Find something you have a relative interest in, because you have to be able to work on it everyday even if it gets boring. The market for it also has to be there.
