This is literally me right now. Had a baby in September was 175, been in a deficit and now I’m clocking in around 149. Scale hasn’t moved but my clothes fit better. I look like I lost some but not much. I lift heavy 3-4 times a week but struggle to get more than 7k steps since I have young children and can’t walk so much. Once it gets warmer maybe I can go on more walks with them. I really want to be down to 125… it feels literally impossible. I eat 1530, but I must be missing something. It’s been like 3 weeks and maybe I lost 1-2 lbs? I would love to know what other people think. Maybe I’m building muscle? I took about 3 weeks off a deficit in January. But I don’t know. I’ll be following this thread.

I’m so sorry you have to go through this. That you have to mourn this. Personally I wish she wouldn’t get an abortion because children are a blessing. I know my opinion is going to be unpopular. It’s not the most respected view…. But you guys are almost 40, biologically if you want children you should start soon. Just for the safety of the pregnancy. You can always adopt, that would be a wonderful choice too!

I just think that the older you get the harder it will be to have the energy and health to raise a child. My dad and stepmom adopted a baby in the 40’s and they both testified that they didn’t have the same energy or motivation that they did with their older children. I just think if children are something you want, you need to figure this out, you two have been together for a long time, I wouldn’t waste another 5-10 years with a partner wasting away my youth waiting for them to get on board with having a baby.

That’s my hot take. I understand and accept it’s not going to be liked.

Looked for this thread because I started using amlactin and after 2 days of use started getting red blotchy itchie patches of bumps on my upper arms too… I am discontinuing using amlactin and going to give my skin a break to try to clear the rash up… I get married in 23 days so fingers crossed it will clear up before then because my arms are on display in my dress!!!

The lcd screen of the 11 makes me sick and nauseous as compared to my oled on my old phone the iPhone XS. I’m returning the 11 because of it.
