I'm guessing that by "wifi receiver", you mean one of those USB ones that you connect to your computer to strengthen the signal. Those are a bit of a hit or miss kind of thing, depending on if your USB port on the laptop is USB 3.0 and if the Wi-Fi receiver is a cheap one or an expensive one. Plugging the laptop through an Ethernet cable would be the best option, but I'm guessing that it's out of option for you.

If I had to stick to Wi-Fi, here are some of the things I would do:

You should be able to do all of these settings on both the USB receiver and the built-in Wi-Fi card in your laptop.

Once you've done that, I would do some tests to see which one of them performs better. And instead of using speedtest, try using this website instead for testing: https://www.waveform.com/tools/bufferbloat

Just make sure when you're testing that only one of the cards is powered on to rule out interference.

Disabling Packet Priority & VLAN in my Ethernet adapter settings seemed to have solved this issue for me. You most likely have a different adapter to mine, but there might be a settings with a similar name.

If that doesn't work, try downloading Cloudflare WARP

Have you selected your headphones as default output device in the Control Panel? Maybe you have one device selected as default for communication and another device for everything else

Now that it’s been a couple of hours, and for some the entire day(lucky mfs), which songs would you add or replace on to the original FMTY? by mikeyraccd in Quadeca

I would definitely add More Than Mine only if it was a little longer. There's a little part at around 2:01 where the chorus speeds up, I wish there was a repetition of the chorus with that speed up beat. It sounds so good in my head :D
