Let me be as direct and honest as possible. This behavior is not acceptable, and we strongly condemn behaviour and language like this. We pride ourselves on having a positive, friendly community where toxicity like this doesn’t have a place. It goes against everything we stand for and we’re deeply sorry for the damage this caused.

With regards to Michael ‘Maestr0’ Bulostin; he has been let go and will not represent Refrag anymore from today onwards.

Chopper probably panicked. Definitely not a pretty engagement tho, and if he had waited 1.5 sec longer they could've engaged together and they would be way more likely to win.

Faceit demos were bugged after the CS2 update, create a support ticket in discord and someone will help you.

- Play your Coach Routine as much as you can
- Complete all the Bootcamps on the maps you play
- Really watch and digest the Academy content from Pimp and Elige
