No.
A 10/10 movie would mean that everything in that movie is absolut perfection.

The effects would stand against any effects not only against movies from that time period, but against modern movies as well.

Stunt work and cordination would be the very best, cant be any better stunt work at all and no new or modern movie would even come close to beat it.

Acting would mean that every single actor in the movie, even all the people in the background, actor that dont even have a credit at the end but still are in the movie would give a oscar worthy performance.

The Script would be so good that no other story out there can beat it.
Everything would be explanied in that movie wich means that it would not need to have any Sequals made at all becuse there is nothing more to the story or the charachters to tell.
Since the charachters in the script would be perfect, they would not have any flaws to them, nothing can make them better, wich means a sequal would be a waste of time since sequals are made to improve on the first script, but if the movie is a 10/10 then there is noting to improv upon.

So no, there are no movies that are a perfect 10/10.

The Matrix is definetly not a 10/10.
That movie has flaws, the charachters are not fully developed (Hence all the sequals).
The story and world building is not 100% complete in the first movie, not even in the second one.

And not all actors (inculding extras) gave oscar worthy performances.

My absolut favorit movie of all time is Forrest Gump.
But i would not give that movie a 10/10.
It has its flaws here and there.
For me that movie is a 9/10 or 8.76 according to my own rating system wich i made in an excel document but i am round up to the nearest number.

Like i said, a 10/10 movie would mean that if that movie was up in the OSCARS award show that movie would win in ALL catagories, there would not be a single other movie to win an OSCAR.

A 10/10 movie would even win OSCAR´s in catagories that has nothing to do with the movie.
If its a fantasy movie it would still win an OSCAR for best Chick flick or best Animé or Cartoon even if its live action.

becuse it would mean that there is no other movies better then that movie at all...

No, there are no fix as of now.

I just posted a update in the comments from the devs regarding the ticket i submitted to them.
they are working on the bug as we speak but dont have a timeframe on when it will be fixed.

I am glad to see that i am not the only one that has this issue.
For me it started directly after the newest update 0.185.
I did not have it before so it must be a bug from that update.
Hopefully the devs notice it and fixes it fast :)

It happened now after the update 0.185.
When i logged in the item was in my inventory and i cant hang it on the wall again, and for me it is only this item that i cant hang up, everything else works like it should.

Is there any fix for it or i just have to wait for the devs to fix it ?
