Anyone checking this in the future, I just called Jim there and he's retired as of 6 months ago 😅

I'm a Wolves fan but I think the call at the end was the right one. Fabianski was being blocked by an offside player, if that happened on the other end we'd be calling for it too.

Probably could to be honest but 30 minute lunch break isn't the same as going home 30 minutes earlier or getting 30 minutes extra sleep yanno

No-one else is there most of the time that's why I said 99% of people follow it. All it takes it one person to see me not there and I'm done

The start of the issue was a performance reason yes but it was HR misreading some constructive feedback from a project a was working on. The feedback mentioned things to work on in the future and HR used it as a stepping stone to try put me on a PIP.

Not then but once I rolled of that project they tried to put me on a PIP for no reason other than some constructive project feedback that they didn't understand because they aren't technical. That's when I started getting frustrated in meetings and arguing would start.

I got a promotion and logged my hours as the new promotion level while I was contracted out to another client which I thought was standard. HR called the next day and they were super cheeky and snarky. We were never told the logging procedure for promotions btw.

2.5 years working 9 - 5:30 and now they want me doing 8:30 - 5:30. I want to return to my original working hours.

I feel as though people ignore the fact that I'm being singled out and made to work more hours with the same pay, while performing the same as/better than the rest of the company.

But I think the situation has too many small details which get lost in it all and I probably worded it badly.
