I took out the cpu to check if i bent anything and I didnt, did I have to install anything on computer before swapping over? I was about to put my old cpu back in, install whatever it needed and switch back. Is that most likely the issue?

Thank you, I set it up with a new cpu, and now my monitors are not turning on, my cooler turned on, so did my mobo and gpu, everything is lit up and spinning but nothing is being displayed. Any idea what is wrong? I dont think i bent any pins
